All returns and exchanges must take place within 15 days of receipt. All returns must include a completed Return Merchandise Form. Please follow the instructions on the Return Merchandise Form to ensure timely processing of all returns.
Returns without the proper RA# will be refused. Unqualified returns will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
WAREHOUSE and CLEARANCE Items are FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS EXCHANGES ONLY WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIPT. Regular-priced items will receive a full refund only if all stipulations stated in this policy are met.
Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable. International orders will be charged the full shipping and handling fee for all exchanges.
Please return ALL merchandise in its original condition along with hangtags, labels and a completed Return Merchandise Form. Worn, washed, soiled and damaged merchandise will not be accepted. Returns with missing hangtags and not in their original packaging will be subject to a 20% repackaging fee.
